We have personally selected our stock of high quality shot-guns  and rifles from the finest English makers including  Brown, Churchill, Purdey, Holland & Holland, Boss, Evans, Lancaster, Greener etc, from  their "best periods".  We also offer  vintage hammer and pin-fire shotguns that have been fully restored and are ready for use on nostalgic occasions.

We would be proud to use and own every gun that we offer for sale.

In full compliance with the strict UK proof laws, we warrant that all of our guns are " in proof" and that their condition is as represented by us.

Our guns are all in fine condition, and  with proper care and maintenance and using the loads that they were designed to handle will continue to last for many years.

Please note however that we do not offer any warranty of reliability during future use.

We therefore encourage prospective purchasers to obtain a full report from an independent gunsmith on the condition of any of our guns that they wish to purchase.

We can arrange for a very competent independent gunsmith in Ashbourne, who has no interest whatsoever in Purland Guns, to provide a  " Certificate of Inspection", at a cost of £80 for any of our guns. This cost is fully deductible from the purchase price of the gun in question.
